Owner of World's Tallest Building Ready to Build Resort in Bali

Jumeirah Group, the owner and manager of the Burj Al Arab tallest building in the world, will manage a hotel and luxury resort in Bali named Jumeirah Bali.


JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Jumeirah Group, the owner and manager of the Burj Al Arab, one of the tallest buildings in the world, will manage a hotel and luxury resort in Bali named Jumeirah Bali. The resort is owned and built by PT Asia Pacific Properties (PT APP), Sosro Group, from Indonesia.

PT APP Sokowati Sosrodjojo CEO in a press statement on Wednesday (15/08/2012), said, Jumeirah Group will manage and operate and the hotel and Jumeirah Bali resort Comprising 105 spacious luxury villas and 25 private villas. The villa is set in the green and beautiful tropical gardens in 2015.



APP has allocated an investment of 150 million U.S. dollars, or approximately Rp 1.4 trillion to build hotels and resorts located in the southern tip of the Jimbaran. The resort will provide a direct view to the Dreamland beach.

Cooperation between PT APP-one business-to Sosro Group Jumeirah Group has signed a skyscraper Burj Al Arab, Dubai. The signing of the cooperation is Carried out by the CEO of PT APP Sokowati Sosrodjojo with Executive Chairman of Jumeirah Group.

The construction started with earthworks to be Carried out in October this year and is expected to take 5 months. While construction on an area of 11 hectares is expected to commence in early March 2013 and take approximately 24 months.
